When we started renting our price was $45, now it’s $70. For the same uncovered spot. Which when it rains is completely flooded, not to mention that you have zero access to the property after 7 pm And before 7 am… I can understand some hiccups for $45 but when you increase the price that much with no added benefit it seems like I should be looking for somewhere else to store my items.
In one word, disgusting. It’s obvious that no sort of pest control or fumigation takes place at this facility. Be ready to find all kinds of bugs the second you open the unit. Moreover, to say that the place is poorly maintained is an understatement. The light bulb in my unit was not working, and opening and closing the door takes about 5 minutes each time.
