I received a courtesy call from Nas. We love the quality of our unit and the security measures.
Originally moved in 10 months ago and everything was great. Neighbors to my site changed over multiple times in that 10 months. Then recently sudden brief issues popped up with a new tenant. After speaking with them, I further decided to alert management about the issue. They handled it very quickly and offered me a site change which I decided to take them up on.
