In one word, disgusting. It’s obvious that no sort of pest control or fumigation takes place at this facility. Be ready to find all kinds of bugs the second you open the unit. Moreover, to say that the place is poorly maintained is an understatement. The light bulb in my unit was not working, and opening and closing the door takes about 5 minutes each time. The customer service team is great. But this spot here omg. When I first got the storage unit there was a black widow with egg . I thought ok this must be rare call and they dealt with it. But then I just got back from a year long travel and this is what I open the door to. They need to make pest control standard for the safety of their customers. I opened the door and like 50 spiders running all around.
