I travel to do business in Austin and this is where I store my product, it's very inconvenient that there are no restrooms I can use after a 5 hour trip. Other than that, it's always clean and functional.

I was able to speak with Avaunt about our move out date and he gave me all of the available options and walked me through billing to be sure I wasn’t stuck paying more than I needed too. He also sent me an SMS confirmation of our conversation to assuage any fears I might have been having about our conversation not being communicated. Great customer service.

Terrible move-in experience. I picked SpareBox because they showed the lowest cost in the area for the unit, but that cost was quickly inflated with an extra monthly insurance fee and an administrative fee that wasn't mentioned anywhere until I was checking out. When I got to the unit, I couldn't remove the "tag" they used to show it had been cleaned, and there was nobody on-site to help me, so I had to call in for help and was directed to walk around looking for other units without locks of the same size and tug on their ta... read more
