I have stored my boat there for several years. They continue to increase the rates. They just increased the monthly fee by another 33%. My little boat is parked in an UNCOVERED parking spot on crappy asphalt and they want me to pay $60+ per month. Ridiculous!

Rates increased by about $12 each year. Call customer service, and they said it is just part of the lease agreement that rates can increase. No incentives for long time customers. Facility is okay, but it is all contactless which is not a bonus if you’re paying top dollar. Overall disappointed and will never use Sparebox facilities again. Also, as I was doing the online move out process it would not let me rate it the one star rating. I had to remove my rating to proceed.

Edit Dec 2025: SpareBox bought out Aaron's and they continually increased the prices every few months until we left. The prices became absolutely ridiculous. They are clearly taking advantage of entrenched customers. I paid a mover $600 to move my stuff to Surrey Ridge storage which is saving me more than $300 a month in storage costs.
