If I could give 0 stars I would. I had contacted Sparebox storage about an incident that happened with my unit. Upon opening our storage unit there was rat feces, rat urine, spiders nests, damaged wooden lamps and a dead snake inside. We filed a claim with the insurance company for the items inside.
