Made a reservation for a specific date and gave the storage unit that a reserved for that day away. When called they said I needed to make a down payment. However I was never prompted nor informed of this when I made the reservation. The customer service sounded very disingenuous about my situation nor did anything to accommodate or help me. Especially now that I have all this stuff that has no where to go as I need to move out even though I had a reservation
My representative Kimberly did an awesome job of serving me today she was able to answer all of my questions and help me with what I needed.Thank you very much.
