Purchased a storage and could not get in. Tried calling all numbers and did support request and nothing. It kept giving me same code which system could not verify
Made a reservation for a specific date and gave the storage unit that a reserved for that day away. When called they said I needed to make a down payment. However I was never prompted nor informed of this when I made the reservation. The customer service sounded very disingenuous about my situation nor did anything to accommodate or help me. Especially now that I have all this stuff that has no where to go as I need to move out even though I had a reservation
