The rental process was easy, but bring your own dolly's. There was only one cart and made the unloading process take longer than it should have.

Giving this location 3 stars because the gate has been broke on several occasions. When calling, the attendant on the phone gives an automated response of "How sorry they are". Spare parts need to be kept on site. I know that there is a manager/maintenance guy that covers multiple properties, but they need to make sure the gates are fixed. I pay for security and that is what should be expected. UPDATE!!... This unit gets 1 star... They continually increase their prices every 6 months. Typical franchise BS! Super easy to book a self storage online. The Argyle location is easy to access. We booked as soon as the moving truck was loaded, and were there within 15 minutes moving our stuff in.
