I have been leasing a unit here for 7 years. The units were originally owned by a non-corporate company. They had friendly staff onsite. The first three years my lease payment remained unchanged. Since Sparebox bought the previous owner out, they fired the onsite staff and have continually raised my monthly payment. They have raised it a total of $138 in the past 3 years.
