Francine was very helpful. I was not happy with my unit she didn't waste any time finding me a new one. Thank you Francine I am very happy with my unit. I can start moving in tomorrow.
Beware!! This storage is disgusting! I had some personal items in a unit for just a short time due to a hole in the sealing. I stopped by to get some things out in the rain and it was pouring rain inside the unit. After further inspection, I see tape in multiple areas on the sealing as well as what appears to be mold. I immediately called to get another unit. They told me I had 2 hours to get my stuff out and into another unit. IN THE RAIN! I asked to speak to a manager.
