Extremely easy to rent online, got the code and the unit number and had zero issues getting in or out. They even have a circle lock vending machine in the office (which was extremely handy as it had completely slipped my mind). Four stars because there was a dead roach and a big piece of broken glass in our hallway, a couple of the lights are about to go out in our hallway, and there's a lip at the doorway (with a handtruck or dollies isn't impossible but is a huge nuissance when moving fragiles or heavies).
