Beware!! This storage is disgusting! I had some personal items in a unit for just a short time due to a hole in the sealing. I stopped by to get some things out in the rain and it was pouring rain inside the unit. After further inspection, I see tape in multiple areas on the sealing as well as what appears to be mold. I immediately called to get another unit. They told me I had 2 hours to get my stuff out and into another unit. IN THE RAIN! I asked to speak to a manager. Extremely easy to rent online, got the code and the unit number and had zero issues getting in or out. They even have a circle lock vending machine in the office (which was extremely handy as it had completely slipped my mind). Four stars because there was a dead roach and a big piece of broken glass in our hallway, a couple of the lights are about to go out in our hallway, and there's a lip at the doorway (with a handtruck or dollies isn't impossible but is a huge nuissance when moving fragiles or heavies).
