This place is complete Garbage. I went in for a simple tire balance and they destroyed my lug nut plus they never installed a counter weight on my tire. I then went to another shop because of the vibrations when driving and the lug nut snapped off because they installed it at an angle. Save yourself a headache and support another business these goofs will take you for every cent. Poor Workmanship. Zero Customer Service.
Very confusing place. They still have the old business sign up and no clear signage of their own, which makes it hard for customers. Tires are stacked around the lot taking up parking space, and the area looks very unorganized. Put your business signs up and remove signage that doesn’t belong to your shop so customers aren’t confused.
I had an amazing experience at Spare Tires and Rims! The team was very helpful and made sure everything was done perfectly. Mohammad, who worked on my car, was absolutely fantastic – professional, kind, and very skilled. I truly appreciate their excellent service and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone!
