We've rented from them for over a year now. very understanding people. Great for a little unit. I think it's an 8 by 10 but you can stack stuff high, not worry about break ins where it's located, is far away from the rifffaff in town and of course you will risk mice, in ANY UNIT, ANYWHERE. So use Tupperware bins and sealable bins that they can't get into, and your stuff is fine. I will recommend.
