Update: to add insult to injury, this company has the nerve to withdraw the payment today for the locker that everything was stolen out off and is no longer needed!! Terrible customer service. All the lockers in my daughters row, including hers, were completely cleared out. She had lost almost everything in a house fire last year, so what little stuff we were able to salvage was in that locker. Now she has nothing and Spare Room could not careless!
