I do not think this place is in Genoa, NE. I called and they said, "Depending on traffic in Genoa, they would be to me also in Genoa in 45-60 minutes." I asked why it would take the driver so long to get to Main Street and the person answering the phone said he wanted to give realistic times due to traffic uncertainty. There were 2 cars on the road at that moment as far as I could see in any direction.
Very professional towing service and the driver was great. The driver was very personable.
