Not letting people return items is plain dumb. I come here to save money but i guess the owner is apart of the community
I love shopping at SPARCC! The store is spotless! The prices are great, and Arleen the volunteer is always so helpful and accommodating! Thank you SPARCC!!
They closed an hour early, and i drove 45 minutes to get there. I even called because i was having a hard time finding the place and whoever i spoke to was not very helpful. It only took me 1 minute from the time i spoke to the person to when i arrived and they were closed. There was 2 other customers trying to figure out if they had another door or not because they were still supposed to be open. Customer service is as terrible and i wont be going back
Prices of the products are high prices like new in any store….where is the charity? Prices could be lower so people can buy
