I give the friendliness of staff 5 stars however their experience about 1 star. I purchased 1 paddle fat freezing and the girl placed it at an angle on ONE side of my belly.. I don't understand the logic as I'm not keen to have lopsided belly so I asked her why she did that but she didn't understand. She looked confused and I told her I want it in the middle and she said she is doesn't it know if it can go over my belly button (it can) however she ended up placing it in the middle just below the belly button.
