Tenaha and her team were awesome for my home buying process. The seller’s attorneys were rude and slow but Tenaha fought hard for my best interest while keeping me well informed. She answered all of my questions in a way that made sense but didn’t make me feel dumb for asking. I plan to use her for any attorney related issues in the future.
I have dealt with several law firms in watertown for real estate and this is by far the worst. Poor communication; miscalculation of prorated taxes; not sending closing documents until the day of closing; lack of accountability; they even forgot to notify the county to update record of sale for more than 2 months. Terrible overall
I have asked Mrs. Sparacino and her team to help me 3 times in 36 months with various real estate matters. I was very stressed all three times but all three times they’ve done an outstanding job here. Patient (very patient), kind, responsive, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate people work here. All three times I needed legal assistance, I hardly had to do anything and I was able to get the help that I needed and what was best for me. Sparacino Law Firm handled my property transaction with ease. Any of the legal documents I had no issues whatsoever . I have gained trust in them to the point that they handle all of my personal law. I have referred numerous friends and family from around the area. I wish I could give them more stars!
They make a lot of mistakes and they are dishonest. Would not recommend this law firm!
