Michael quoted and installed a new pool filter. There was no fuss and no surprise costs. He came out to see the old filter and was very friendly. He installed the filter while I was away with no fuss and no problems (I had given him permission to enter my yard to do any work in case I was at work). Really friendly shop and down to earth advice, I've never been sold extra chemicals or equipment if the fix was something I could do at home first that they suggested.
