I moved from Tanah Merah to here. Was excited to see we have a SPAR, however this one is nothing like the Tanah Merah one, it's so expensive and the range, layout, everything is not good!! Wow I can't believe the difference in stores. They need to pay a visit and experience the difference then make a change to their store here. What a rip off.
