I received a gift card for my birthday. I went through each service and chose the Shrink. I wish I would have chosen something else. The website says it's an hour and 40 minutes. I was in there for just over an hour. and 45 minutes of that, I was left alone. Yes, I know the numbing cream takes 30 minutes. I left not really feeling pampered. Kelly was nice but I feel a little disappointed
If I could give them 6 stars I would! Best massage and facial combo.
My new happy place! So many service options which is great because this will now be my forever spa and I am never going anywhere else to relax. The staff are so knowledgeable, accomodating, hospitable, and all-around genuinely nice people. I am excited to come back again and again!
The most relaxing AND Welcoming experience I havr ever had at a spa!!!! Hands down my favorite one stop spa! A very special thank you to Eva who did my hair spa, she was sooooo attentive, kind and again very welcoming! After a terrible haircut from a fake home-based hairdresser in the North, my hair was lcompletely ruined. Thankfully, I found SPAONNA, and the experience was a total game-changer. The salon is spotless, professional, and welcoming. The professional Korean stylist took time to understand the damage and gave me an outstanding haircut that brought my hair back to life.
