I had Luis, from Spano Construction come out to look at my garage that had seen better days. Roof was falling apart, old wooden wall tiles rotted and holes galore from birds and squirrels getting inside. Luis gave me a very reasonable price, explained in detail verbally and well written contracts for the scope of the work. I moved forward with Spano and I couldn't be happier. Spano construction did a great job on one of our rental properties my tenants on both floors were extremely impressed with this young man’s knowledge and respect for the field he is in! I will be letting everyone know if you need home improvements done give this gentleman a call you will not be disappointed
These guys are phenomenal. As I’m typing this I’m at a loss for words. Standup guys even with one of their workers having a bad foot (possibly gout), they showed up with no excuses. Everyone I’ve recommended have also had nothing but good things to say. Timely, efficient, knowledgeable and super transparent.
Luis and his crew were amazing! They did a complete garage and back deck remodel and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The price and quality can’t be beat! Highly recommend these guys!
Highly recommend Luis and his team. We were quoted a fair and reasonable estimate for a small bathroom reno. The team was very punctual and neat, they cleaned up well after each day. Rich offered great communication throughout the process and updated us consistently. They finished the project in a timely manner and even came back to address any questions/concerns we had. We love supporting small family businesses and will definitely be working with them again in the future!
