I had a 5 ton unit installed in July of 2022 and it's broken down 3x . They had "fixed" it once in March of 2023. Then in November of 2032 it's not working again. This time they added freon to the unit,but didn't repair it. Well you can guess. It of course went out again. Now they want to charge me. @%$???? We paid over 10k for less than a year and half.
