Extremely disappointing and unethical experience. !! I signed a contract with this clinic in 2024 because the doctor at that time seemed very nice. However, about six months later, they replaced the staff, and now they’ve started what I can only describe as fraudulent behavior. !! I paid almost $7,000 for my Invisalign, but they secretly added over $1,800 to my contract without my consent and kept charging my card. !! Under new management. So unprofessional communication is lacking one person tell you one thing another person says something totally different. I called and scheduled an appointment when I got to the office I was told I didn’t have an appointment. I never received an email confirming my appointment or nothing I’m almost done with my treatment that’s the only reason why I haven’t changed orthodontist. I do not recommend.
