Bought there 35 membership package I thought the auto wash scratched my window however Gabriel went over the videos we looked over the window and it was something from inside the door panel on driver's window of a 2025 Cadillac great customer service appreciate Gabriel looking it over and we where able to get it off the inside for the most part will have Cadillac warranty look inside door panel to find out what is causing it thank you Gabriel
Very friendly staff
It's a touch-less car wash which is good if you don't like swirl marks on your paint. There are other things that leave swirl marks however, like dust getting rubbed around after the wash. The car wash does a terrible job at cleaning anything beyond the hood and roof of the car. My doors and fenders were left filthy. I paid $15 for the wheel wash and they were genuinely left unwashed. It's a nice place to get your car clean and keep it that way. Before you know you'll have other coming just to see the car that gets cleaned there and turn it into a spot to go. Its a good spot.
Horrible experience. Employees so rude. I drove away without getting a car wash.
