New in town. Stopped by today for a late lunch, about 1:50 PM. When we walked in, the bartender mumbled something about us seating ourselves. We sat at a table near the kitchen. Not one employee acknowledged our presence. We walked back out after ten minutes of this. Are we missing something? Are we supposed to locate menus on our own? Are we supposed to walk back to the kitchen and ask for what we'd like? Are we supposed to cook our own meal? We have never encountered such poor service anywhere. Excellent atmosphere and fantastic service. The food is phenomenal. My favorite appetizer is the tuna tar tar its amazing! Also the chicken parm is so good it's addictive.
