Great location and amenities.
This condominium complex is in a severe state of disrepair!! The HOA has the nerve to charge $455 per month HOA fee which amounts to $400,000+ a year in fees for the complex and NOTHING is upkept!!! The courtyard is an overrun dump and nothing is maintained!! I would avoid this scamming association at all costs!!!
