Just had my first visit here and thought it was a great experience! Staff was super friendly and helpful, the vet was extremely knowledgeable and didn't seem condescending or rude. I felt like my cat's health was taken seriously and they knew exactly what to do with him, even though he's a nervous one. I felt like we were in good hands here and it felt safe. Thank you for your help and showing my cat that the vet isn't scary! They even let him have a little toy too for the car ride home.
A few months ago our youngest rescue was scheduled for surgery. I politely asked the staff to not call my husband at work because he stays extremely busy and I'm the one who is home with the pups. It took 3 phone calls, an email and finally me going to the office in person to ask again to put me down as the main contact person. I had just moved to Pensacola about 7 weeks ago and hadn't found a vet for my cats and dog. Well one of my cat's cheek was swollen and I needed to take him in as soon as possible. My cousin had heard great things about Spanish Trail and I had done some research so I called.
