Groomer is not familiar with dog breed cuts. Miniature Long hair Dachshunds have a flume on their tail, wings on their legs and rear. I specifically instructed the Groomer to clean up the feet of my champion breeder. The end of his tail is cut off. All of his wings are gone and his ears are blunt cut. I will not be able to show him until all this grows out. Nor will I be able to stud him out without the proper grooming. I an very unhappy today, when picking up my dog today he has his butt area cakes with feces. I brought it to the attention of the owner and they told me it just happened. I told them this was caked-on and did not just happen, I brought my dog home had to bathe him shave the area around the butt and up the tail and it was raw and scolded from feces! I really felt that the owner did not address this problem and we will see what happens with it he may need to go to the veterinarian. If they had just called me and told me my dog... read more

Tried them over Labor Day Weekend. Terrible service and rude to us when we picked Up our dog. My friends dog didn't get post-op meds and they lied and said they gave them. Darn…wanted a place close to home to take the dogs, but this one is terrible. Check Yelp and Google reviews first. I only looked after this experience. Quickly realized their friends wrote these and the yelp and google reviews are from customers. Teri me reviews and we will never return.

Rude employees and owner is as well. Never use this place. They didn't give my dog all its food. We Measured by the 3/4 cup into a bag to drop off and there was a lot left when we returned. To top it off my friends dog had extra antibiotics. They starved my dog and might have hurt theirs. Not cool!

Suzie is amazing with my boys Mousse (yorkie) and Rocket (golden retriever). I have been to a few local grooming places and have had some horrible experiences. Both boys look forward to seeing Suzie every 6 weeks! Don't look any further for a groomer. Give them a try! I will not take boys anywhere else!
