The woman who answered the phone today was terribly rude and too impatient for what was barely a one minute call. She shouted “WHAT DO YOU WANT” at me, twice. Confused, I stated how inappropriate she was being, she finally responded with “How many do you want”. If you’re going to speak to someone with that level of hostility, the least you could do is figure out what you're asking. Arrogance is bad enough, incoherence makes it embarrassing.
We had a short turnaround time to get some time-sensitive cards out and they came through! Very good customer service and we plan to use them again in the future.
Did an amazing job on a very last minute order of rack cards for my company. Very helpful and provided a quality product just in the nick of time for a conference. Will definitely use again!
Don’t use this print shop if you want someone that is nice and helpful. From the moment she unlocked the door she couldn’t be bothered with me. I asked her a few questions and she rolled her eyes and walked to the back with a big sigh (huff). I left the store. I guess she doesn’t need my business. I really hope she’s not the owner. If she’s an employee she needs some counseling on how to treat people.
