Been going for about 5 months now and I couldn't have chosen a better box to join. They literally take you in with open arms. Charlie and the staff are the most caring people! They always get the job done.
Good people, thorough workouts
Honestly, best Crossfit box I have ever been. I was doing a road trip and stopped by today and worked out there. Amazing atmosphere. Charlie is a great coach and he also gave me a t-shirt and a hat from the box. I strongly recommend everyone to workout there. Thank you Charlie!
