They listened to my concerns, took them seriously, got an x ray within minutes and gave me answers. It was a good experience.
The receptionist, office staff and nurses were great, however Dr. Laurie Centeno treated my daughter and I like we were stupid. I told the Dr right off the bat that my adult daughter has a genetic disorder, compromised immune system, and has had 14 surgeries, and we were totally dismissed by her. Her bedside manner was dismissive and rude. She really should consider listening to moms of kids who have disabilities, whether they are adults or not.
Nurse Julie is the best!! Everyone we met with was awesome and not too long of a wait.
Rude receptionist all of them,all old miserable ladys,nurses and doctor’s are extremely dismissive I suggest just staying in pain because all you’ll get is a headache here.
The team at this ihc instacare were absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we walked in I felt cared for. From reception all way till all saw the PA every staff member was kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I’ve never had a better experience at an urgent care.
