I got to the desk as the receptionist got to the desk. Instead of helping me she had me write all personal information on a sign up sheet that definitely violates HIPA. Asking for name, date of birth, phone number, and doctor. There were slots for ten other names and information. She made me fill it out, then didn’t say anything once I was finished. Kennadee and her colleagues did such a great job drawing blood for my client with Autism who has a great fear of needles. Her veins were tricky and they stayed calm, collected, and professional as they worked. They were so gentle with her and responded so well while she was escalated. Great group of professionals and would highly recommend!

I had a great experience today at the Spanish Fork Hospital Lab Services! I walked in on a Friday afternoon and was helped right away by friendly and great staff! All of my questions were quickly answered and I got blood drawn and was done in less than 15 minutes total! All the staff was very helpful and kind! Great job!
