We've been here a bunch with my wife's terrible pregnancy and the hospital never seemed too busy, the ER seemed peaceful and the nurses have always been great! Rachel M has definitely been a standout!! She is one of those propensity who are so kind and caring you can't help but feel they were born to be a nurse! We love Spanish fork hospital! Doctor Herlabee was awesome too he gave us some great recommendations for a boot cover and specific referrals and was really personable!
Extremely poor hospital I ran out of my medication that was prescribed to me from the same company just in provo from a doctor there an was suffering an when I called to see if I can just get a pill until the pharmacy opens they refused to do it. Granted I was lazy to be clear the day before my bad on that. However with that said I have the medication bottle with refills can't drive in this condition an they are close to my house an they refused me a single pill to get me through the day an the pharmacy I go to opens at 9am.... read more
I’m a veteran 100% permanent and total. I went to the emergency room with authorization from the VA and they pay the hospital according to law $405.69. Well the biggest problem is according to 38 CFR 17.55 and 17.56 the hospital is to take that payment as payment in full, but what are they doing? They’re coming for me for the rest of the bill. Completely against law. Their billing sucks. They should be sued for their billing practices.
2024/2025 Update: I was seen by Dr. Cory Boyles, he literally saved my life! He listened to me, he took proper precautions and then ordered a CT. I had Double Bypass surgery two months later. My EKG was normal and my bloodwork but this Doctor listened to the symptoms, family history and was amazing. My six children and I owe this man my life.
