Went in last night with my daughter cause she was screaming about her belly. I thought maybe appendicitis. She calmed down by the time we got to the hospital but was still complaining. We waited 2 and 1/2 hrs! I ended up just taking her home before we were even pulled back that way she could at least sleep in her bed instead of the cement floor in the waiting room. Was told they didn’t have any beds but I watched multiple people leave and didn’t see the ambulance bring anybody either. To make a 3 yr old child wait like that ... read more
The Drs are great
This ER is slow, inefficient , and the staff are cold with zero bedside manner. Go to the Provo Utah Valley ER if you need to bring your child in. All of my experiences coming to the SF hospital for various tests has been amazing- but avoid the ER - it isn’t the same caliber. You will be disappointed, unheard and uncared for.
