Call about new batteries for my truck quoted a price $224 each installed with a 36 month warranty. Come down get them installed then told the warranty is 24 months. That is a very important part of the transaction. I’m buying 2 batteries for a truck. I have no trust in this company or Ethan the owner all they say is sorry. Poor customer service I specifically verified the 36 month warranty. After it’s all done his response sorry my bad. Avoid at all costs Payless somewhere else!!!!

I took my Honda Odyssey here back in January for what should have been a routine timing belt replacement. Instead, the shop made a mistake that ended up requiring the cylinder heads to be replaced. On the road heading back to AZ , brakes had a problem, they put they opened a bay up for me and got truck in right away. Appreciate how hard they worked to go out of thiere way to get me back on the road. If I lived here I would use them for all my vehicle needs!
