In previous interactions they have been great to work with. However this time we brought our car in, the serpentine belt was loose. Got it fixed, took it home and had a puddle under our car within a few hours. We had never had any fluid leaking before. Now my power steering isn’t working because the power steering fluid has all leaked out.
Last week I went to this location for a AC line installation and recharge, it was completed successfully with no issue. Upon coming home and connecting my OBD2, I see that my AC pressure sensor is throwing code, which I feel should have been assessed after completion, but it wasn't asked for. I went in today with the expectation of getting my AC discharged the sensor unscrewed and replaced with the new sensor I cane in with and then recharged, not a hard job, no time involved, shouldn't cost anything substantial. Ethan is a stand-up guy, and knows everything there is about rovers, would definitely recommend if you need help. Helped me work through a couple of LR-4 issues, and even more so when it was on his time off. Stand up guy running a stand-up shop! Definitely would recommend
