Noticing the other review on here I’m not surprised. We encountered the same issues after we bought our home last year. The “warranty” they claim you have to submit and they will fix is a lie. We had cracked and bubbles floor they would not fix, doors that were cracked from construction, electrical work that was not installed properly and some not even connected, tubs that would not drain, and holes all around the house from improper caulking. Just moved in less than a week ago and already pissed. Several places in the floor are peeling and bubbling. Noticed when I was doing my first clean of the house after closing that they ripped the flooring in the kitchen and just glued it down. We have a piece of metal sticking out in the walk way from the frame. Our shower is installed uneven. No caulking in either bathroom. Lights are falling down. They left holes in the closets and under the kitchen cabinets in the drywall. Vinyl is short in some places and some holes aro... read more
