Do NOT work with Jessica, she will give you the run around and lie to you. She will ignore you. It’s about two years when I first apply for rental assistance I was approved so as she said but never once help me and gave me the rental assistance I needed. Ever since I was approved I reach out multiple times with no response and no help.
I had an appointment at 9:30 am however, due to circumstances I arrived late at 10 am. The nice ladies there still took me in and even helped assist me in getting my documents uploaded. Great service!
I have requested Rental assistance, I put in my request and received my Application ID number. My Landlord property managers are requesting more information that I do not have. They keep adding Latefees against me. Please contact me soon!!! I put in the request July 7th 2024. Dorthy S.
