I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this roofing company. I paid my deductible and about $7,000 in insurance funds back in August, and as of November, my roof still hasn’t been started. Every time I’ve tried to reach out for updates or timelines, I’ve been met with anger, yelling, and excuses instead of solutions or professionalism.
