My dad has a lot of problems physically that cause him immense pain. Sometimes he has a short temper but never crosses the line. After years of being with Mark, he was notified by e-mail that he was being removed as a patient because of an incident with staff. He had complained about this particular staff member previously who works at the front desk and is very snippy and condescending with people. Dr. Spangler has allowed me to once again gain trust in doctors. My A1C is down, my weight has dropped and I am feeling better than I have in years. Thank God for doctors who practice the old fashioned way.
He is a fantastic Doctor. He listens and has a great bedside manner.
