I just got off the phone with a representative who told me just what I needed to know, very kind and helpful, knew the product well. ... AND the product! My mom was completely bed-bound, and her skin never broke down. She had the Pressure Guard mattress. I can't say enough good about it!
TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR!!!! People quit left and right and they wonder why?!?! They labor the h*** out of those who actually show up to work and then complain on how slow they move when the people have to lift and move HEAVY stuff ALONE because everyone quits so they stay under staffed. The labor board may need to hear about this, along with the BBB. I'm DISGUSTED with how they treated my loved one. Pathetic.
I’ve heard it’s a terrible company that favors certain people. Absolutely unprofessional and a sad place to be.
