After studying these reviews I was a little concerned what my experience would be like. On entering I found that if you paid attention and looked around, it was pretty well marked. There is a stop line by live unload docks if there is no empty dock. If there is an empty dock, just take it and then go to the corner of the building by what would be doc one and that is where the receiving office is. You get your paperwork and stand by the back of your truck on Doc until the forklift driver comes and takes it to unload. I had a ... read more
