I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, but over the past year the customer service at the front desk has declined significantly. I’m really sad to be posting this review. But I’ve recently had the strangest experience at this salon. I want to start by saying- the hair stylists are PHENOMENAL. Rosalea is a true artist and works magic with hair. She’s done my hair exclusively for over a year and I have gone out of my way to bring my kids here for haircuts as well.
