307 John St building is disgusting. Roach infested. The inside of the building is falling apart with ceiling tiles missing and things falling from the inside. Huge lack of cleanliness all the way around. Stair ways are constantly dirty and rarely cleaned if at all. Elevators same thing, there's been dirt spots on doors and the mirror that have been there for well over 6 months. The super is beyond incompetent at her job as well.
