My experience at this facial spa was absolutely amazing. The aesthetician, Liat, is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and truly professional. My skin has never felt this good after a facial. What I especially appreciated was that everything she explained and promised actually happened, and the results lasted for quite a while. She also took the time to teach me how to properly use creams and serums for my skin. I will definitely be coming back for more facials here.

Liat and her team are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They offer high quality products with exceptional service. I started buying products and getting monthly facials five years ago, and my skin is far healthier and "younger" than when I started! I continue to be impressed with Liat's expertise and dedication to her customers.

I had a very disappointing experience at *Spalia by Premier* in Saugatuck, MI. On July 4th, I purchased several Premier Dead Sea products totaling over $600. At no point during the purchase did the salesperson mention that all sales were final or that there was a no-refund policy. I only discovered this after I contacted the store less than 24 hours later to request a refund on unopened, unused items—only to be told refunds were not possible.
