Sourced car via Autotrader. Good communication via text messaging (we're 150 miles away ish). Lots of extra photos, etc. Good knowledge once we got there. Both staff were attentive and we were given all the information we needed. Bought the car, drive it home happily with a warranty we'll hopefully not need. Happy customers. I'd use them again, though it's a long way to go for me :-)

Booked appointment on friday to view a car on sunday , spent 1 hr 30 test driving and discussing all details with a member of staff to then be told its already been sold... wasted 4 hours.
Purchased a m140 from Phil about 2years ago from which I have parted with now. When I collected the car the it was fully detailed to a perfection above what most car sales would never do. Since then I've purchased a audi rs5.(not from Phil unfortunately) But handed him the car for two days and asked him to work his detailing magic on it and a ceramic coat. Over the moon when I got it back. Would highly recommend purchasing a car or his detailing skills.
