I have been living here for 2 years now and I must say, the new owners are really working hard to improve it here. The maintenance crew, especially Rashaun are doing a wonderful job!! They are really on top of everything. The new manager Mary is very helpful. Also, CharIie sitting at the front desk is great! I can't say enough good things about how helpful they all have been!
Spalding Bridge is a great place to live.Since moving here, it’s been a very quiet and peaceful community. The apartment homes are very spacious and reasonably priced. The leasing staff is amazing! Honorable mention to leasing agent charlie, that went above and beyond for me from the start of my application process. She is the best leasing agent i have ever worked with! I personally would love to thank Ms Charlie, she is kind sweet and considerate. Her service is like a concierge. Ms Jacaria for her hard work and meeting all my financial needs.

I stopped by the office without an appointment and was still warmly greeted by Dyamond and showed me the type of apartments that were of interest to me. Both Dyamond and Charlie have been fantastic communicating during the whole process. Mary (Manager) has been very caring and accommodative to all my requests. I am looking forward to staying at Spalding Bridge.
