I just moved in and love my new place! The rooms are spacious, mostly relatively new appliances and Derrick was 5 star! My only concern and why I haven't given 5 stars is maintenance, because of this recent managment/owner transition its challenging to address issues unless you go to the office to report it, and even then it's still delayed and there currently isn't an effective way for communication of those issues.
Too much drugs at build J. The residents using a lot marijuana is not able you use your balcony and don’t smell it. Terrible
I visited this place today and my agent was Derrick ! Y’all please go to him because he is the best !
