From reviewing the reviews, and checking the website pics, i decided to go checm them out. Then going in to take a tour, going through the application process, all the way to move in- Dymond took care of it. Amazing communication and professionalism. Diamond is so incredibly helpful not only has she helped me and my wife out multiple times but she radiates amazing energy about herself and carries herself well. I’m so thankful to have someone like her on the management team. She needs a raise !😭
Throughout me and my wife’s move into Spalding Bridge, Diamond remained having efficient communication with both of us. She helped us out so much making sure that we were well taken care of throughout the move. Diamond really is incredible and is so appreciated by the both of us.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD Living at this apartment complex has been an absolute nightmare. Unit 94 (located directly below the showcase/model apartment) tested POSITIVE for BLACK MOLD, something I was unknowingly exposed to for years. Despite providing documentation and doing everything the right way, management refused to waive the early termination fee, showing zero concern for tenant health or safety.
