****Update Been in the newer unit for a year now. We’ve had 2 instances with leaks from the upstairs unit and both times everything was handled efficiently. This week was the second instance - the air conditioning units died in both our apartment and the upstairs unit and a leak seriously disintegrated a wall. But maintenance came in and quickly gave us fans and an air unit to dry the wall and keep the apartment cool in this almost 90• heat. We took a walk in tour and as soon as we walked in we felt welcomed with opened arms by Ms. Mary and our girl Charlie ( I hope I’m spelling it right so sorry if I didn’t) They gave us the run down on the prices, even pitched in ideas for decorating. Broke the costs of everything down, What’s expected on move in day AND how best to utilize what they offer. Before leaving we couldn’t even believe how hospitable everyone was and now I’m definitely ready to apply! Love them so so bad & I hope I do get to call this place home

I had a tour scheduled for today, and when I arrived, the leasing agent was ready and already had my information. She was very kind, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the experience. She asked for my identification, I provided it, and we began the tour. As we were riding to the apartment, I immediately noticed there was absolutely no landscaping at all just dirt. No flowers, no greenery, nothing visually appealing.
