My husband and I have lived here now for 1.5 years and we're quite happy, now that property management has stabilized. Maintenance is beyond fast (I swear sometimes they're watching me type a request by how quick they show up)! The ladies in the front office are a sweetheart (Charlie) and a real go-getter (Mary). I have lived at Spalding Bridge Apts. for many years and have seen a number of management teams come and go. The current team, led by Mary , with her assistant Charlie and maintenance Ray, is hands down the best! They truly care about not just the property but the residents as well. Mary and Charlie are both patient and helpful and Ray responds to maintenance needs quickly and professionally and I trust him to be in my apartment, even if I am not present. I enjoy living at Spalding bridge but it’s things they have to fix
I have been living here for 8 months now. The staff is superb and courtesy. The maintenance staff is always on point. The grounds are well kept up. My unit is great! I love live here.
I have lived here for five years, and overall, it has been a good place to call home. The environment is clean, peaceful, and well\-maintained. Since the new management took over, maintenance concerns are now addressed more promptly, and the gated security provides an added sense of safety. Overall, I would recommend this community if you’re looking for a comfortable and affordable place to live in Decatur.
