We just toured with Derrick and he was fantastic!!! The best agent we have ever interacted with. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and informational. From day one, the maintenance men are awesome, just wish other things where as efficient. BUGS EVEN AFTER SPRAYING, roaches in my opinion but they say water bugs, no pool never opened while I was there, gym pass was an argument for a month to get, mailboxes knocked over weekly, and last but not least my vehicle got KEYED IN THE PARKING LOT. Plus side maintenance guys and large bedroom and closet.
I have been living here at the Spalding Bridge Apartments for 5 years now and have loved it so much! One thing for sure, I have seen a lot of changes throughout the year and I'd even say that this is the best it's been here with our new office staff! More recently, they have kept those invasive black and yellow spiders at bay within the walking areas of the apartment buildings.
