Terrible communication, poor service.
Customer service next to none, some staff are rude and definitely need training. Payment process too hard. And spare parts dont answer their calls.
Great collection service
My partner Sharon put in an enquirer over the internet to replace a backboard. Chris replied to her email within 1 hour and was extremely helpful in her purchase. Sharon was able to pick up her order and within 2 hours the delivery payment was return into her account. The staff at warehouses were very friendly and helpful with her purchase. We would deal with this company and staff again, thank you to all staff for my partners pleasant experience.
I need to make a complaint re a basketball system not arriving. I have been dealing with a person called Chris and the service has been terrible. He has said it is with direct couriers for 2 days and when I call direct couriers they have no such parcel. I have asked Chris call me and he just continues to sends emails with no information what’s so ever. This is disgusting service. We spent over $2000 and are disappointed to say the least. I will return the system as soon as it arrives that’s how poor the service has been.
