Hiromi is an incredibly nice lady with magic hands. I have a skin condition that makes massages and facials difficult and she has never made me feel self conscious about it. She adjusted the products to fit my skin's needs and remembers my preferences from previous appointments. I dont think im willing to go to anyone else but her now.
