I purchased a Spa package on Groupon for $104 which I thought was a good deal. The massage was not by a licence person. She did a little massage on my neck and lower back that was all of 10 minutes. Then the facial consist of a cleanser, scrub, and a paper mask like the ones you get from Walmart for $0.99. The stuff that was used on my face made me breakout, in addition the owner insisted that I pay a minimium of 10% tip of the orignal package price, Which she said was $400, so she wanted me to pay $40 when I paid $104. This spa gets a single star because the atmosphere is clean & the therapists were pretty good at what they do (massage, body scrub, facial.) What really disappointed (& aggravated) me was that they actually had the nerve to demand that clients tip them a certain amount. I purchased a 2 hour spa package on Groupon for $104. At the end of my combined facial, body scrub, & massage (which lasted exactly 2 hours altogether), I tipped $30 each to my therapist & my daughter's (this was one of her birthday gifts for her "Sweet 16.")... read more
