I concur about Mr. Spake. I was trying to lease 3 possible properties at Cherrydale Point for my 15 year old retail business. As some of the previous reviewer have stated, Mr. Spake does not return calls or emails ever! He advised me one time he would be in my area and we could set up a time. Never heard from him. I sent a email about mid day the day he was supposed to be in Greenville and he advised that he already come and gone and will not be back in the area anytime soon!
