Terrible business, shady ownership, no accountability. The stories could make your head spin!
Mr. Spain completed some what appeared to look like beautiful work for my mother. Craftsmanship was good. She has been complaining about him ever since. 1st he ended up charging 1500K over the quoted price. His reason was because the city adjusted the plan and wanted the carport attached to the house.
