Amazing experience and massage, our package came with a light meal, bath, salt scrub, massage and i couldn’t have been happier. The therapist did such a good job!

10/10. The lomi lomi massage here was so excellent felt like it unlocked part of my brain - seriously. I get massages at home for chronic musculoskeletal issues / stress but never in my life have achieved such a state of relaxation and pain freedom that I felt I had an improved clarity of thinking as a result without those distractions. 今後2度と利用したくない最悪な経験でした。 以前、沖縄のハレクラニに宿泊した際、異空間のような素晴らしい体験をしました。その記憶が鮮明だったため、今回も大いに期待して予約しました。 しかし、結果は非常に残念なものでした。リニューアルされた施術室は確かに綺麗でしたが、全体の雰囲気は以前の沖縄スパハレクラニの方が優れていると感じました。 また、シャワーの時間を考慮して15分前の来店を求められ、その通りに到着しましたが、何の説明もなく15分間待たされました。案内された部屋でシャワーの有無を確認すると、「施術時間が短くなるが、それでも良ければ」との回答。事前の説明と矛盾しており、マッサージ時間を削るのは避けたかったため、そのまま施術を受けることにしました。 さらに、施術者の技術不足が顕著でした。主人と二人で90分のコースを予約しましたが、どちらも満足できるレベルではありませんでした。途中から圧が極端に弱くなり、全く力が感じられませんでした。加えて、施術者の爪が伸びているのか、指が乾燥して皮が剥けているのか、何度も肌に引っかかり、リラックスできませんでした。幸いにも引っかき傷にはなりませんでしたが、これまで受けたマッサージでこのような経験は初めてです。 ... read more
