With all due respect. When I walked in I was confused where to go. The gent at the desk was no help just staring at me. Told us to take a seat. Cold energy in there. Then the lawyer came out. No names. Cool guy. All went well. Pretty straight forward property transfer both ends. Me being in a daze. Missed a few things. Get home to realize the mortgage is completely incorrect and it’s after hours. I’m due to move in 3 days. Un needed stress, anxiety. How does a LAWYER and ASSISTANT miss these things? Like over $100k?
